Made up some reason why they didn't cover my situation, then asked me to complete a questionnaire about why I think they suck so badly. They kept asking me how many times I spoke with someone, giving me 1 as the least optional amount of times when in fact it was 0. Imney blows goatz though, and I pity anyone that does business with him from this point onward. Quite a shame too, I guess pride gets the best of all of us at some point. I just hope my 15 minutes of that shyte have come and gone. Anyway, credit cards rule, as mine will reimburse the charge to me and seek compensation from paypal. I'm assuming this is why paypal always has that "are you sure you want to pay with a credit card? We think it would be better with a bank account because blah blah... (a bunch of bs to insinuate they care about the wellbeing of their customers but in fact only care about the fact that customers can't seek reimbursement from their bank account as easily, thus safeguarding their company to some degree)" right after you change the payment method to credit card.
